Arseniy Yatsenyuk set out for USA with working visit

Through June 8-10, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk pays a working visit of to the United States of America.

Minister of Finance of Ukraine Natalie Jaresko is a member of the delegation.

During the visit Arseniy Yatsenyuk is scheduled to meet with the leadership of the United States.

The Prime Minister shall meet with leaders of the US Congress, including Speaker of the House of Representatives of the U.S. Congress John Boehner, the representatives of the Democratic and the Republican parties.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk will receive the UN Under-Secretary-General Jeffrey D. Feltmann.

The visit agenda includes meetings with United States Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz and United States Secretary of the Treasury Jacob Lew.

The Ukrainian delegation shall hold talks with the leadership of the International Monetary Fund, in particular, Prime Minister of Ukraine is scheduled to meet with Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk is also due to meet with the Ukrainian community. The Prime Minister of Ukraine shall address the AJC (American Jewish Committee) Global Forum.

The economic and financial component of the planned talks will address topical issues of cooperation with the IMF and other international institutions and the promotion of further support for Ukraine with its partners. Among other things, we will focus on the preparation of the Ukrainian-American investment conference, scheduled for July 13, 2015 in Washington, DC.

The political agenda of the talks will include issues of strengthening international solidarity around the territorial integrity and security of Ukraine.

An economic and financial components of the negotiations will concern urgent issues of cooperation with the IMF and other financial institutions and promotion of support of Ukraine from its partners. Among the issues raised there will be discussed preparation to the Ukrainian-U.S. Investment Conference due on July 13, 2015 in Washington.

The political agenda of the talks will include issues of strengthening international solidarity around the territorial integrity and security of Ukraine.
