Arseniy Yatsenyuk: Budget decentralization to complete by the end of year

Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed that fiscal decentralization process should be completed by the year’s end. He said during a presentation of the Public report of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about one hundred days of activity on Thursday, March 12.

The Head of Government informed that the first phase of fiscal decentralization had already been executed, "We believe that the Constitutional Commission will draft a new version of the Constitution, which will transfer additional powers and responsibilities to the regions".
