There is nobody to approve the Luhansk budget due to the absence of the regional council. The Government is preparing a number of important decisions. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Hennadii Zubko at a briefing in Severodonetsk.

"You know that the region has no regional council, it "scattered "or ran away from responsibility. Therefore, there is nobody to approve the regional budget", Hennadii Zubko noted.

According to him, the Government plans to address this issue, in particular, by granting authority to the head of Luhansk regional state administration to dispose of the regional budget’s funds.

He has stressed that the Government will not allow to paralyze the work of the region and intends to adopt a number of decisions that are important for life activity of the region.
