There is nobody
to approve the Luhansk budget due to the absence of
the regional council. The Government is preparing a number of important
decisions. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Regional
Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Hennadii
Zubko at a briefing in Severodonetsk.
"You know
that the region has no regional council, it "scattered "or ran away
from responsibility. Therefore, there is nobody to approve the regional
budget", Hennadii Zubko

According to him,
the Government plans to address this issue, in particular, by granting
authority to the head of Luhansk regional state administration
to dispose of the regional budget’s funds.
He has stressed that
the Government will not allow to paralyze the work of
the region and intends to adopt a number of decisions that are important for life
