Gov't readies new redaction of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers
We are preparing a novelty
for the next Cabinet and it is a new edition of the Regulations of the Cabinet
of Ministers of Ukraine. Today, November 10, it was said by the Minister of the
Cabinet of Ministers Ostap Semerak
at a briefing during the press day organized by the Government for the representatives
of regional and national media.
According to the
Minister, the new redaction of the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers is
based on European experience, in particular, after having studied the
experience of post-socialist countries: the Baltic States and Poland.
"Today, we are actively engaged into preparing amendments to the
regulations. They will also envisage changes to the Law on the Cabinet of
Ministers, amendments to the Law on the Central Executive Authorities. Also
these changes are discussed by the panel that prepares a coalition
agreement," said Ostap Semerak.
The official
expressed hope that the next Cabinet “will be guided in their activity by European
regulations”.
