Volodymyr Groysman set off on two-day working visit to Brussels
On October 8 – 9 Vice Prime
Minister, Minister of Regional Development,
Building, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman
is paying a working visit to Brussels.
The agenda includes
meetings of Volodymyr Groysman with the EU
Commissioner for Regional Development Johannes Hahn, President of the Committee
of the Regions Michel Lebrun and leaders of the European Commission's
Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection department.
Besides, Volodymyr Groysman will have separate
consultations with the EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Štefan Füle and EU experts responsible for the preparation of
the Donor conference on Donbas restoration.
During the visit it is planned to consider providing to Ukraine the financial
and humanitarian support by the EU, including assistance to the temporary
displaced persons and those who suffered in the events in the East of Ukraine in the process of
preparation to the winter period, an order of introducing reforms on
decentralization and administrative structure of Ukraine, improving of a
regional component of the cooperation with the EU at the account of new
programs and strategies etc.
