With deep sorrow has learned Ukraine news
about a massive earthquake in Yunnan
Province, which caused numerous casualties and destruction.
Sincerely sharing the pain of the friendly people of China, I express my
deepest condolences to the families of those
that lost their lives. I wish recovery to those injured and victims
of an earthquake.
