State Water Resources Agency to discuss with the public the state of harmonisation of legislation on the management of water resources to EU law
On May 28, 2014
at 14.00 will be a meeting of the Public Council under the State Water
Resources Agency, which will be attended by members of the Public Council
(representatives of environmental, human rights, international NGOs, academic
institutions, charitable organizations, management specialists of the State Water Resources Agency.
At the meeting of the Public Council
under the State Water
Resources Agency will
be discussed important issues of operation of water-reclamation system, in particular,
the current state of harmonisation of Ukrainian
legislation to EU law in the field of water resources management, preparation
of drainage systems for operation in 2014, the Regulations of environmental
rehabilitation of river Ingulets, the draft law of
Ukraine “On amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding the
decentralization of power)”, etc.
Also the
public will be presented the annual report on the activities of the Public
Council under the State Water
Resources Agency.
