Vitalii Yarema: Social protection and support for veterans is a priority for Government

On May 7, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Vitalii Yarema met with veterans and participated in the ceremonial events dedicated to the 69^th anniversary of the Victory, which took place in the Memorial complex «The National Museum of the history of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945."

Speaking about the Victory Day, Vitalii Yarema said that this day in people's hearts forever merged with spring, renewal of nature and a resurgence of hope for the future. The official thanked the veterans for their heroism. He stressed that the Ukrainians were always at the front line and with weapons in hands defended their Homeland in the hardest battles with the enemy. "We are in eternal debt to you for the youth torn by the war, for your heroism and courage, fortitude and sacrifice that you showed in battles for your native land," he emphasized.
