115 consolidated comunnities from 22 regions of Ukraine will receive the assistance from the U-LEAD with Europe Program in the establishment and modernization of the centres for administrative services provision. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister/Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Hennady Zubko on his Facebook page.
"150 applications for participation in the first round of the Implementation Phase were selected by the Competition Commission, the Program experts visited 149 communities, 115 of which confirmed the capacity to set up a proper CASP in cooperation with the Program.
Within the framework of Round 1, there will be set up 86 ordinary CASPs, 24 mixed city-regional, 6 mobile CASPs, and 4 CASPs within the framework of inter-municipal cooperation.
Currently, for all 115 communities, the Terms of Reference are approved - an individual document with the detailed description of all aspects of the establishment of the CASP. For each aspect an implementation plan has been agreed with each community with containing clear terms and areas of responsibility", wrote Hennadii Zubko.
