Made in Ukraine: Since the onset of 2026, Government has supported UAH 7.4 billion in non-commodity exports

From January through May of this year, the Export-Credit Agency of Ukraine supported export contracts for Ukrainian manufacturers with a total amount of UAH 7.4 billion.

The total value of insured credit agreements amounted to UAH 0.2 billion. During this period, 33 agreements were supported for 29 exporters.

Enterprises in the Khmelnytskyi region accounted for the largest volume of exports—UAH 4.6 billion. Other leaders included the city of Kyiv accounting for UAH 0.9 billion, the Chernihiv region with UAH 0.5 billion, the Lviv region with UAH 0.5 billion, and the Dnipropetrovsk region with UAH 0.2 billion.

The main importing countries for products from Ukrainian manufacturers insured by ECA were Germany—UAH 1.2 billion, the UAE—UAH 0.9 billion, the Netherlands—UAH 0.7 billion, Poland—UAH 0.7 billion, and Hungary—UAH 0.7 billion. Other key destinations included Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, and Sweden—each at UAH 0.6 billion.

In terms of sectoral breakdown, the largest shares were accounted for by:

• furniture and related products—UAH 4.6 billion;
• dairy products—UAH 0.9 billion;
• printed materials—UAH 0.5 billion;
• ferrous metal products—UAH 0.4 billion;
• paper and cardboard—UAH 0.4 billion;
• processed vegetables, fruits, and nuts—UAH 0.2 billion.
