Yulia Svyrydenko: Government plans to abolish certificates of completed works

During a meeting with Zakarpattia entrepreneurs, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko announced that the Government plans to abolish the mandatory signing of Certificates of Completed Works for non-cash service payments as proof of service receipt. This government bill will simplify cooperation between Ukrainian companies and European business partners.

“We estimate this change will save Ukrainian businesses approximately UAH 20.2 billion annually,” stated the Prime Minister.

The meeting also addressed other key issues related to economic and business development, including new programmes under the Made in Ukraine policy to support Ukrainian manufacturers. These include:

• Grants of up to UAH 16 million for restoring equipment for enterprises damaged by russian attacks.
• State funding for developing industrial park infrastructure.
• The “5-7-9” programme, offering affordable loans of up to UAH 150 million for investment purposes.
• Continued funding for grants of up to UAH 8 million for equipment to develop the processing industry.

“We are expanding programmes for partial cost compensation of Ukrainian equipment – 25% for agricultural machinery and agro-processing equipment, and 15% for wheeled and construction equipment, lifts, and machine tools,” noted the Prime Minister.

Yulia Svyrydenko also engaged with representatives of American manufacturing businesses based in Zakarpattia, thanking Flex for ensuring employee safety during attacks by adhering to protocols and promptly moving to shelters.

“The task for communities and local authorities in regions like Zakarpattia is to support companies forced to flee the war, helping them find a new home in Ukraine rather than abroad,” stressed the Head of Government.
