Yulia Svyrydenko: Some 18,000 Ukrainian families will have the opportunity to receive their own housing
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a decision that will allow approximately 18,000 Ukrainian families to take advantage of the eOselia preferential mortgage programme. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.
According to her, by the end of 2025, the Ministry of Finance will issue domestic government bonds worth UAH 30 billion and contribute them to the authorised capital of PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. This will provide financial resources to continue issuing mortgage loans at preferential rates.
"The programme focuses on military personnel, security and defence sector employees, teachers, medical professionals, scientists, internally displaced persons and families who have lost their homes due to the war," said Yulia Svyrydenko.
The Head of the Government called on Ukrainians who are planning to buy housing in 2026 to apply for the programme now. This can be done in a few minutes via the Diia app: https://eoselia.diia.gov.ua/.
