Yulia Svyrydenko focuses on financial support, defense cooperation, and energy protection with Prime Minister of the Netherlands
Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko held a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Dick Schoof. The key topics of the bilateral meeting were financial support, defense cooperation, and the protection of the energy sector.
“We share a common vision with our Dutch colleagues regarding the use of frozen russian assets for Ukraine’s recovery. This is a matter of justice: russia must bear the full cost of its aggression,” stressed the Head of the Ukrainian Government.
According to Yulia Svyrydenko, joint defense production is another important area of cooperation between the two countries. “Ukrainian weapons today are a guarantee of security not only for our state but for all of Europe,” emphasized the Prime Minister.
The parties paid particular attention to the protection and restoration of Ukraine’s energy sector, which had been targeted by russian terror attacks. “Given the enemy’s growing attacks on our energy infrastructure, special attention was devoted to strengthening protection and accelerating reconstruction. Ensuring warmth and light in every Ukrainian home remains one of the government’s top priorities,” stated the Head of the Government.
Meanwhile, Yulia Svyrydenko expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Dick Schoof of the Netherlands for his unwavering support for Ukraine’s EU membership.
