Yulia Svyrydenko: To strengthen defence capabilities, the civilised world will receive information on russian military technologies

We are granting Ukrainian experts and international partners access to information on russian weaponry. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.

“The entire civilised world will receive information on russian military technologies, in particular missiles. This knowledge will accelerate the development of effective countermeasures for Ukraine and help other partners strengthen their defence capabilities,” emphasised the Head of Government.

Information on russian military advancements is available on the state-run TrophyLab portal: https://trophylab.mod.gov.ua/.

This is the sole centre for the study of captured military equipment, bringing together manufacturers, engineers, scientists, laboratories and international partners to study russian weaponry and share research findings.

The platform collates data from units of the Ukrainian Defence Forces, the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR), the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and relevant research institutions.

Yulia Svyrydenko noted that by using the platform, researchers gain access to a catalogue of drawings, technical data and analysis results relating to russian weaponry. It is a shared knowledge base that allows researchers to draw on existing research and develop countermeasures more quickly.

According to the Prime Minister, access to the catalogue is available to Ukrainian research organisations, military units of the Defence Forces, Ukrainian defence technology manufacturers, state institutions and defence agencies of partner countries, as well as foreign defence companies from partner countries that meet the requirements of the Ministry of Defence.

“This is a significant contribution by Ukraine to international security and the defence capabilities of partner countries,” summed up the Prime Minister.
