eOselia: Since the start of year, 3,500 Ukrainians have received housing loans to the tune of UAH 6.3 billion
Since the beginning of 2025, 3,454 Ukrainian families have received loans to purchase their own housing under the eOselia affordable mortgage programme. The total amount of loans for this period is UAH 6.3 billion. This was announced by Andrii Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
"In total, 18,300 Ukrainians have had an opportunity to improve their living conditions and become owners of apartments, private houses, townhouses or duplexes since the launch of the eOselia programme. The amount of loans issued is UAH 30.4 billion. The programme is aimed at supporting the military and members of the security sector, doctors, teachers, scientists, veterans, IDPs and Ukrainians who do not have housing or have housing that falls below the established standards," said Andrii Teliupa.
Over the past two weeks, 316 loans worth UAH 583 million have been issued, including loans with a 3% interest rate:
- 127 servicemen and representatives of the security sector;
- 25 doctors;
- 20 teachers;
- 6 scientists.
Loans at 7% were granted to:
- 101 Ukrainians without their own housing
- 29 IDPs
- 8 veterans.
During this period, the largest amount of loans was provided in Kyiv region (113) and the city of Kyiv (74), Lviv region (22), Vinnytsia region (17) and Ivano-Frankivsk region (14). By property type, 201 Ukrainians received loans for first sale housing, of which 57 were under construction, and 115 loans were issued for housing on the secondary market.
Background information
The eOselia program is one of the components of the “Made in Ukraine” policy aimed at stimulating demand for Ukrainian products and creating favorable conditions for the development of production. The program was launched in October 2022. It is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselia are Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Credit Dnipro Bank, TASKOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
