eOselia: Nearly 4,600 preferential mortgages worth UAH 8.4 billion received by Ukrainians since the start of the year


Over 4,600 Ukrainians have used the eOselia programme since the start of 2025. The total amount of preferential housing loans issued reached UAH 8.4 billion.

Last week, 265 loans worth UAH 477 million were issued. Loans at 3% were received by:

  • 108 military personnel and security sector representatives
  • 16 doctors
  • 10 teachers
  • 2 scientists.

Loans at 7% were received by:

  • 83 Ukrainians without their own housing
  • 40 internally displaced persons
  • 6 veterans.

The highest number of loans was issued in Kyiv region – 70, the city of Kyiv – 52, Lviv region – 22, and Ivano-Frankivsk and Vinnytsia regions – 20 each.

By property type: 163 Ukrainians received loans for primary market housing, including 43 for properties under construction. Another 102 loans were issued for secondary market housing purchases.

Since the programme’s launch in October 2022, 19,435 loans worth over UAH 32.5 billion have been issued.

Background

The eOselia programme is part of the Made in Ukraine policy, aimed at stimulating demand for Ukrainian goods and creating favourable conditions for production development.

The programme is implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PrJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. Partner banks include Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
