eOselia: 5,500 Ukrainians received preferential mortgages totalling UAH 10.2 billion since the start of year
Since the beginning of 2025, some 5,514 Ukrainians have benefited from the eOselia programme. The total amount of preferential housing loans granted has reached UAH 10.2 billion.
Over the past week, 203 loans worth UAH 413 million were issued. Loans at a 3% rate were provided to the following categories of citizens:
- 72 military personnel and security sector representatives,
- 13 medical workers,
- 12 teachers,
- 3 researchers.
Loans at a 7% rate were provided to:
- 73 Ukrainians without their own housing,
- 26 internally displaced persons (IDPs),
- 4 veterans.
The majority of loans under the programme were issued in Kyiv region (53), the city of Kyiv (67), and Ivano-Frankivsk region (16).
By type of property: 141 Ukrainians received loans for primary market housing, of which 38 were for properties under construction. An additional 62 loans were issued for the purchase of secondary market housing.
Background
The eOselia programme is a component of the Made in Ukraine policy, aimed at stimulating demand for Ukrainian goods and creating favourable conditions for production development.
The programme is implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. Partner banks include Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
