eOselia: 5,100 Ukrainians received preferential mortgages totalling UAH 9.4 billion since start of year
Since the beginning of 2025, 5,130 Ukrainians have benefited from the eOselia programme. The total amount of preferential housing loans granted has reached UAH 9.4 billion.
Over the past week, 186 loans worth UAH 340.4 million were issued. Loans at a 3% rate were provided to:
- 69 military personnel and security sector representatives
- 12 medical workers
- 8 teachers
- 3 researchers
Loans at a 7% rate were provided to:
- 65 Ukrainians without their own housing
- 21 internally displaced persons (IDPs)
- 8 veterans
The majority of loans under the programme were issued in Kyiv region (56), the city of Kyiv (54), and Ivano-Frankivsk region (16).
By type of property: 93 Ukrainians received loans for primary market housing, of which 31 were for properties under construction. An additional 62 loans were issued for the purchase of secondary market housing.
Since the programme’s launch in October 2022, a total of 19,970 loans worth UAH 33.5 billion have been issued.
Background
The eOselia programme is a component of the Made in Ukraine policy, aimed at stimulating demand for Ukrainian goods and creating favourable conditions for production development.
The programme is implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. Partner banks include Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
