Prime Minister claims his Government was the first one to introduce automatic recalculation of pensions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine headed by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman became the first Government to introduce a mechanism for automatic indexation of pensions, as well as to carry out recalculation of pension payments in recent years. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced this on the air of the TV channel "Ukraine".
"We implemented the first stage that allowed to conduct a massive recalculation. We still have to resolve the problem of the people who had a long work record but received a small salary. I always emphasize: economic achievements should be directed to pensions increase. We were the first to introduce automatic indexation, and we will continue to do this", Volodymyr Groysman stressed.
