  • From now on, sole proprietors and employees can apply for state aid in connection with the "quarantine vacation"

    Today, December 14, a service was launched on the "Diia" (Action) portal - submitting an application for financial assistance to sole proprietors and employees.

    If your activity - the main activity is subject to restrictions in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On introducing quarantine and restrictive anti-epidemic measures to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2", you can apply for one-time financial assistance by December 31 inclusive.

    The following categories can receive assistance from the state:

    1. Employees of legal entities or sole proprietors, if:

    • the main EAC (Economic Activities Classification) refers to those in respect of which quarantine measures have been applied;
    • the organization with which you work accrued USC (unified social contribution) for the third quarter of 2020;
    • the average salary of an employee does not exceed UAH 30,000 per month for the third quarter;
    • the employee does not work part-time with the organization.

    2. Self-employed individuals, if:

    • as of 31.10.2020, the main EAC is referred to those in respect of which quarantine measures have been applied;
    • has been operating for more than 3 months;
    • paid USCs for at least three months in 2020;
    • unless he is also an employee.

    The aforementioned categories should submit an application on the portal "Diia". One needs a qualified electronic signature to log in to the portal and register or log in, if already registered, in the citizen's office on diia.gov.ua with an electronic signature or BankID.

    Relevant assistance will be transferred to the mentioned in the application account before December 31, 2020.
