The State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (State GeoCadastre) has started to publish all decisions on granting permits for the removal and transfer of the fertile soil layer.

The information will be updated due to synchronization with the data of the system of the electronic document flow of the State GeoCadastre - https://land.gov.ua/permit/.

"This will allow for effective public scrutiny, as well as guarantees the accessibility and publicity of the decisions made by the State GeoCadastre," Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk commented on another decision regarding open data by the State GeoCadastre.

Background 

In particular, the following information will be in open access: data about the territorial body of the State GeoCadastre, to which there was sent a request for permission to remove and transfer the fertile layer of soil, its date and registration number, the date of registration of the permit and information about who was granted it, cadastral number of the land plot. Besides, open access has been provided regarding the date of registration of the refusal/cancellation of the permit for removal and transfer of the fertile soil layer, the registration number and the validity period.
