On January 13, the Government issued a decision simplifying the procedure for granting immigration permits to foreign investors.

In particular, one can submit the relevant application to the Migration Service of Ukraine on the basis of documents confirming the transfer of the investor's funds in foreign currency to the current account of the enterprise he/she established in Ukraine.

Previously, foreign investors who expressed a desire to immigrate to Ukraine had to first transfer funds to an investment account in a Ukrainian bank, and then from that bank - to the account of the company that belongs to them.

It should be noted that the previous norm is not repealed, and foreign investors can take advantage of any of the available options.
