The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a resolution "On approval of the composition of the Supervisory Board of the National Anti-Doping Centre". The text of the relevant document is posted on the Government portal.

The document was developed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine pursuant to the provisions of the Law of Ukraine No. 2011-IX dated 26 January 2022 "On anti-doping activities in sports".

According to the resolution, the personal composition of the Supervisory Board of the National Anti-Doping Centre, which is authorised to supervise the activities of the National Anti-Doping Centre, was approved.

The adoption of the resolution is another step towards strengthening the institutional independence of the National Anti-Doping Centre and bringing the new anti-doping legislation of Ukraine in line with the requirements of the World Anti-Doping Code and other international commitments.
