Government allocates scholarships for talented youth and educators

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a decision to support talented youth and outstanding educators.
Specifically, 39 scholarships have been allocated for school pupils and students who won the Taras Shevchenko International Language and Literature Competition. Nearly UAH 1 million per year has been designated for this purpose.
The scholarship amounts are as follows:
- UAH 1,420 per month for school pupils;
- UAH 2,870 per month for students of vocational pre-higher education institutions;
- UAH 3,800 per month for students of higher education institutions and research establishments.
Additionally, 17 two-year scholarships have been approved for distinguished educators.
