The Government has adopted a series of decisions to support entrepreneurs under the Made in Ukraine policy. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko announced.

"We keep holding dedicated Government meetings. Today, we have focused on supporting Ukrainian manufacturers as part of the Made in Ukraine policy. We adopted a number of decisions for entrepreneurs, based on feedback from businesses during our regional trips," said the Head of Government.

In particular:

1. Businesses in frontline regions shall receive more affordable financing.

The Government has expanded the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9% program — it now applies to all frontline territories, including areas of active combat operations covered by public electronic services. This concerns 57 communities in eight regions.

Entrepreneurs from frontline territories will have the opportunity to extend their loans until the end of 2027 and refinance existing loans on preferential terms.

"We systematically support businesses in frontline regions. I would like to thank every business that operates in challenging conditions near the frontline. Since the launch of the 5-7-9 program, almost 10% of all loans have been issued there, and this year the share of new loans has already grown to 26%, with affected businesses receiving UAH 16.1 billion," emphasized Yulia Svyrydenko.

2. The rights of Ukrainian manufacturers in public procurement will be even more protected.

From now on, Ukrainian companies wishing to sell goods to the state must provide additional evidence proving that their products are manufactured in Ukraine.

The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture will analyze and identify fraudsters.

"The Government will more effectively distinguish goods produced in Ukraine from foreign goods that are being misrepresented as of Ukrainian origin. Public procurement should support Ukrainian production, not pseudo-localized imports.

Localization is among the most effective tools of the Made in Ukraine policy. This instrument has already helped manufacturers of public transport, municipal equipment, rescue vehicles, and other industries to survive during the full-scale invasion. In the summer, we expanded localization in public procurement, and now it covers 128 categories of goods," the Prime Minister explained.

3. Digitalization of interaction between the business and the State.

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution establishing the Pulse Platform as a public service for communication between entrepreneurs and the Government.

"What began as a feedback initiative has become part of the Made in Ukraine public policy. The Pulse Platform already has 270,000 reviews and 25,000 comments from businesses, and the platform operates in the taxpayer's account and in six regions. We also plan to launch electronic business petitions to state authorities and a public dashboard on the Pulse," said Yulia Svyrydenko.
