Government has allocated over UAH 5.6 billion to support Ukrainian manufacturers in 2026
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine continues to fund key state programmes for the development of Ukrainian manufacturers, Made in Ukraine, for 2026. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.
The Government has allocated over UAH 5.6 billion to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs who continue to work amid a full-scale invasion, to develop investments, and to clear Ukrainian lands of mines.
The Government's decision provides for:
- UAH 1.8 billion for partial compensation (25%) of the cost of agricultural machinery and equipment for about 5,000 farmers and food producers;
- UAH 1.2 billion — to support Ukrainian goods and services through two programmes:
- UAH 700 million — for the implementation of the National Cashback programme;
- UAH 475 million — for partial compensation to businesses and municipal enterprises for the cost of Ukrainian industrial machinery and equipment;
- UAH 1 billion — for the development of industrial infrastructure in industrial parks;
- UAH 1 billion — to compensate for the costs of demining agricultural land through the Humanitarian Demining programme;
- UAH 653.1 million — to support the implementation of investment projects with significant investments to compensate investors for the costs of infrastructure development.
In total, approximately UAH 37 billion is earmarked for the Made in Ukraine programme in 2026. In the context of a full-scale invasion, the Ukrainian economy is demonstrating resilience, and entrepreneurs continue to work and produce Ukrainian goods. Supporting business at this time helps to ensure the country's defence, support the people and create conditions for economic growth even in wartime," the Prime Minister noted.
