The Government has increased funding for recovery projects by a further UAH 1 billion. In total, almost UAH 2 billion will be allocated this year under the Ukraine Recovery Programme, with support from the European Investment Bank, Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi announced.

“This involves restoring critical and social infrastructure – including schools, kindergartens, hospitals, shelters, municipal utility networks and housing – across 16 regions,” the Prime Minister said.

Funding will be directed primarily towards projects that are ready for implementation or already underway.
