Government earmarks funds to support frontline territories: Prime Minister

The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a series of decisions to support frontline territories, in particular to ensure energy sustainability and logistics in the regions. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.

"The Government adopts a decision to allocate UAH 224 million for the purchase of block-modular boiler rooms necessary to maintain a stable heat supply in Sumy region. The new reserve equipment will ensure a reliable heating season for the communities of Sumy and Shostka," said the Head of Government. "We disburse UAH 1.76 billion from the reserve fund for the maintenance of roads of general importance, in particular, in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, necessary to ensure defence capability."
