Government continues to develop network of industrial parks under Made in Ukraine policy: Prime Minister

A new industrial park will be established in Khmelnytskyi region. This decision was adopted during a Cabinet of Ministers meeting, as announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

“As part of the comprehensive Made in Ukraine policy, we are continuing to expand the network of industrial parks. Today, we are registering another such industrial site in Khmelnytskyi. Its plans include establishing agricultural processing and creating at least 350 jobs,” he stated.

According to the Prime Minister, Ukraine currently operates around 100 industrial parks, with 38 established over the past year and a half.

“The state is providing financial resources to develop infrastructure in these locations. Last year, we allocated over UAH 925 million, and this year, UAH 500 million has been earmarked in the state budget,” Denys Shmyhal emphasised.

According to him, 25 factories are currently under construction or have been completed in industrial parks, with over 100,000 square metres of industrial real estate built and approximately 200 MW of electrical capacity available.
