On September 12, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Order "On Amendments to the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Recommendations set forth in the Concluding Observations Provided by the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to the First Periodic Report of Ukraine on the Implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities up to 2020".

The adoption of the elaborated by the Ministry of Social Policy order is determined by the need to amend the Action Plan concerning the updating of the information on the terms of the implementation of measures, clarifying of the responsible for the implementation, adjustment and extending of the content of certain measures.

The implementation of the Act will ensure an effective and full implementation of the action plan aimed at improving the social protection of persons with disabilities.
