Ukraine has received another EUR 1.2 billion from the European Union under the Ukraine Support Loan program. The funds will go toward the most urgent defense needs.

This was reported by Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi.

"With this tranche, the total amount of defense funding Ukraine has received under the program has reached almost EUR 13 billion," said the Head of Government.

Ukraine continues working with its European partners to ensure that the remaining funds under the program arrive on time and in full.

"Thank you to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, European Commissioner Andrius Kubilius and all EU member states for their steadfast support of Ukraine and for helping strengthen our defense capabilities," the Prime Minister emphasized.
