Ukraine will obtain almost EUR 2.8 billion to Ukraine under the Ukraine Facility: Yulia Svyrydenko

The EU Council decided to allocate almost EUR 2.8 billion to Ukraine under the Ukraine Facility. 

The European Commission positively assessed the implementation of the Ukraine Plan for the fourth quarter of 2025. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko announced.

"Thank you to the Verkhovna Rada for supporting important decisions and working together. As of the end of May 2026, we have already implemented 86 steps of the Ukraine Plan with joint efforts, and another 65 are in the process of implementation. We continue to implement reforms together and move forward on the path of European integration. We are sincerely grateful to our European partners for their support and trust," Yulia Svyrydenko stressed.

The Ukraine Facility is an important tool for financial support to Ukraine. Under the Ukraine Facility program, since the start of this function in 2024, Ukraine has already received €26.8 billion. The total volume of the program for 2024–2027 is €50 billion.
