This year, at least 10,000 internally displaced persons are to receive retraining at the expense of the State. Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, said this during a single telethon.
She clarified that this would take place under a programme of special vouchers for retraining, acquiring another specialisation, advanced training, etc. According to the official, this programme is one of the most effective.
"We understand that the Government must make efforts to employ IDPs. We need to use the opportunity to retrain them. For this purpose, we have a voucher programme. My efforts as Deputy Prime Minister are now aimed at expanding it. This year, at least 10,000 of our internally displaced persons will receive such retraining," Iryna Vereshchuk summed up.
