Yesterday, at Poland's request, Ukraine's power system was supplied with electricity in the total amount of 1000 MWh from 14:30 to 17:00.

A thermal power plant unit was shut down for emergency short-term repairs. Heat and power generation reserves were used to meet the needs of consumers. Commercial electricity imports and exports are planned.

The situation is under control. The power system is balanced. No shortage of electricity is expected.

    CONSEQUENCES OF SHELLING

A mine that was cut off from power as a result of hostilities in Donetsk region was reconnected and workers were brought to the surface.

The hostilities resulted in damage to a high-pressure gas distribution pipeline in Kharkiv region. More than 600 consumers and a municipal facility were left without gas supply.

    NETWORK STATUS

Due to a technological malfunction, equipment at a 330 kV substation in the frontline region of Kharkiv region was disconnected, resulting in a power outage at several substations and household consumers, who were promptly supplied with electricity.

    IMPORT/EXPORT

For the current day, electricity imports are forecast to reach 4241 MWh, while exports are also expected to reach 2630 MWh.
