  • Situation in the power grid: more than 90 settlements in Kyiv and Chernihiv regions lost power due to weather deterioration

    Due to severe weather in the northern regions, 11 settlements in Kyiv region were completely disconnected from the power grid, and 35 settlements were partially disconnected. In Chernihiv region, 45 settlements are without power. Restoration works are ongoing.

    In Kyiv, 36,000 consumers were temporarily cut off from power due to technological disruptions, including those caused by the previous shelling. All of them have now been reconnected.

    Terror continues in the frontline areas. In Donetsk region, 34 settlements were cut off from electricity due to hostilities.

    Some consumers in Zaporizhzhya, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv regions are still without power as a result of previous shelling.

    Repair teams are working where the security situation allows.

    Over the past day, the energy workers managed to restore power to more than 64,000 consumers. Most of them are consumers in Kyiv, Donetsk and Kharkiv regions.

    The situation with electricity generation and consumption is stable and under control.

    The amount of electricity generated is sufficient to meet the needs of consumers. There is no deficit in the system.

    The volume of natural gas in storage facilities increased by almost 27 million cubic metres over the day. The natural gas reserves reached 9.6 billion cubic metres.
