Sergii Koretskyi: The blu-and-yellow flag unites generations of Ukrainians

Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi congratulated Ukrainians on the Day of the State Flag of Ukraine.

“The blue-and-yellow flag is always with us — in the happiest moments and in the hardest times we face. It stands in the center of our cities, towns, and villages. It greets our defenders when they return home. It is the first to be raised on liberated territories. It flies beside memorials to our Heroes,” noted the Head of Government.

According to him, the State Flag of Ukraine is present in everything that makes up our lives — in the moments we want to remember forever, and in those we will never forget.

“It unites us — those who live today and those who had been building Ukraine before us. And it reminds us what we are fighting for and what kind of country we must leave to the next generations,” emphasized Sergii Koretskyi.
