Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi took part in a working session of the Coordination Platform for Humanitarian Response under the Office of the President of Ukraine.

"Together with the leadership of the Office of the President and the National Security and Defence Council, ambassadors of the largest humanitarian donor countries, and representatives of the EU and international organisations, we discussed preparations for winter. The top priorities right now are water supply and backup power. We are also adapting the protection of energy facilities to the enemy's new tactics," the Head of Government said.

He stressed that, thanks to international support, schools, hospitals and other social facilities now have backup power.

Sergii Koretskyi also stressed that the humanitarian response plans of the state and its partners must be updated promptly, kept in step with each other and based on a shared assessment of threats, including those facing large cities and Kyiv.

"We agreed to act in a coordinated way so that aid reaches people on time," the Prime Minister stressed.
