Government allocates additional UAH 60 billion for Defence Forces' needs

The Government has allocated an additional UAH 60 billion for the needs of the Defence Forces today, Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi has announced.
Of this, UAH 43.5 billion will go on pay for military personnel and support for their families.
A further UAH 16.6 billion will be used to buy ammunition, drones, electronic warfare and communications equipment, and to repair and modernise military hardware.
"We are ensuring timely payments and stable funding for the units carrying out combat tasks," the Head of Government stressed.
