Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi presented government awards to people who ensure Ukraine’s resilience

On the occasion of Independence Day, Prime Minister Sergii Koretskyi presented government awards to professionals who work daily for Ukraine.

Among them were our military and border guards — combat medics, drone operators, sergeants, and junior commanders who hold the line and protect the country.

Awards were also given to people of various professions: railway workers, train drivers, pilots and port employees, electricians, mechanics, rescuers of the State Emergency Service, divers, doctors, teachers, nurses, paramedics, energy workers, drivers, fuel station operators, postal workers, police officers, and entrepreneurs.

“They work in frontline communities: restoring damaged infrastructure, treating and saving people, returning energy and heat supply. They ensure the functioning of transport and railways, the delivery of cargo and mail, the operation of shops, food establishments, and other essentials of daily life,” emphasized Sergii Koretskyi. “They remain in these regions so that life continues there. Their daily work is Ukraine’s resilience.”

The Head of Government expressed gratitude to each and every one for their tireless work and endurance.
