Today the Government completed its part of the commitments that determine whether Ukraine receives international financial assistance in 2026, Prime Minister Sergii Koretskyi announced.

""As I had promised, all resolutions, orders, and procedural documents were adopted by October 15. Next, we will submit the relevant requests to the European Commission and go through the mandatory coordination procedures with EU member states. Only then can we expect the funds to arrive. Similar procedures apply with our other partners outside the EU. We are speeding up every step of the way," stressed the Head of Government.

He recalled that this week Parliament had backed a number of crucial bills under the Ukraine Facility, the arrangements with the IMF, and other international support mechanisms.

Sergii Koretskyi expressed gratitude to the Members of Parliament who had voted for these decisions.

"At the same time, this is only part of our shared commitments to partners. That is why the coming plenary weeks are also extremely important if we are to receive international financial assistance in full. The Government is 100% ready to cooperate," urged the Prime Minister.
