Serhii Savchuk: PryvatBank and Ukrgasbank again disburse warm loans

State Agency of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving has concluded additional cooperation agreements with PryvatBank and Ukrgasbank on co-financing the sum worth UAH 380 million allocated by the Government for insulation measures.

Hence, this year another 3,000 condominiums, which is more than 230,000 families, will be able to:

attract up to UAH 1 billion as warm loans;

receive up to 70% of state budget reimbursement and additional compensation from local budgets;

save 50% or more on utility services;

increase the cost of apartments in the insulated building by an average of 30%.

"Therefore, now it’s time, dear heads of condominiums, to submit the application to Ukrgasbank and PryvatBank with ready projects for insulation of high-rise buildings," said the Chairman of the State Agency of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Serhii Savchuk.

According to him, this is an opportunity to prepare for the heating season, to cut utility bills, and make life more comfortable due to energy efficiency.

"I also appeal to the heads of local authorities to consider the possibility of increasing the financing of local programs designed to cheapen warm loans for the benefit of communities", stressed Serhii Savchuk.
