Distinguished colleagues, fellow Ukrainians.
Social support for Ukrainians remains a priority for the Government.
In February, we paid UAH 62.2 billion in pensions. Subsidies and benefits amounted to almost UAH 5 billion. We have the support of our partners and the necessary resources to continue to timely ensure all payments.
Today is the last day to apply for the payment of UAH 1,000 under the Winter ePidtrymka programme. However, the funds received could be spent until the end of this year.
Almost 14.4 million Ukrainians have applied for the Winter ePidtrymka programme. These are record figures for the national programme, indicating its urgency and importance for our people.
However, a number of programmes introduced under the Winter Support programme will continue despite the end of the winter period.
The monthly supplementary payment to teachers will remain in place, with almost 500,000 teachers continuing to receive it.
Primary school students will also still enjoy free hot breakfasts and dinners. As of today, more than 1 million children are provided with meals.
Utility subsidies would remain in place
The Affordable Medicines programme will also expand.
The eKnyha (eBook) programme has a success of 108,000 applications already received.
We continue to accept applications for rental subsidies for IDPs.
This spring, we also plan to introduce new programmes and extend the existing social support for Ukrainian families.
Tomorrow we start indexing pensions. The increase will be by 11.5% for almost 10 million pensioners.
Starting tomorrow, also, prices for 100 most popular medicines will be reduced. In addition, there is an agreement with Ukrainian pharmaceutical companies to reduce prices for another 100 medicines. Prices will be cut by 10 to 50%.
Apart from that, from 1 March, accommodation payments for internally displaced persons will be automatically extended. Those who receive them now will be receiving them automatically for the next 6 months. We are talking about 1.2 million IDPs.
Today, we adopt a decision to add additional subsidies to people who have not received them due to untimely submission of data. For example, when service providers submitted information with a delay or did not submit it at all to residents of apartment buildings where condominiums have been established. We shall introduce technical changes that will allow internally displaced persons to receive such subsidies for renting housing in Kharkiv and Sumy.
The Government is aware of all the challenges faced by our citizens, and therefore the Government's social support will continue.

Today, it is also worth noting the progress of the Government's Made in Ukraine programme, launched a year ago.
Over 50,000 enterprises and entrepreneurs have received state support over the past year.
We prioritise Ukrainian business. Among the tools to support domestic entrepreneurs financed by us are preferential loans ‘5-7-9’, eRobota grants, industrial parks, compensation for the purchase of domestic industrial machinery, grants for veterans, stimulation of recycling, export support, eOselia, and others.
Ukrainian entrepreneurs will continue to receive the necessary support from the Government. We will keep on deregulating and digitalising for the sake of convenience and ease of interaction with the State.
I thank everyone who continues to invest in Ukraine.
I thank everyone who preserves jobs and pays taxes.
Together we will stand and rebuild a strong, independent and free Ukraine.
Thank you for your attention. Glory to Ukraine!
