Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman visited a reconstructed diagnostic department of the Polyclinic of the Kolomyia Central District Hospital. A new angiograph purchased at the funds of state and regional budgets will soon be operating in the polyclinic.
"Today, we will hand you over an angiograph. Good treatment conditions and modern technologies are vital to improve people’s health. I appeal to the hospital's managers to quickly finalize equipping of the special room, so that the residents of Kolomyia are healthy and have no heart problems," said the Prime Minister.
The Head of Government reminded that in 2017 there had been purchased 13 angiographs, the same amount will be purchased in 2018.
Background
The angiograph will be used for coronary angiography, aortography, ventriculography, angiopneumography etc., in providing emergency medical care to patients with acute coronary syndromes, cardiac infarction, cardiogenic shock, and other life-threatening cardiological pathologies.
