This is the policy bring pursued by our Government - public services must be comfortable for the citizens but not for the officials", stressed the Prime Minister.
Denys Shmyhal also noted that during the visit of the Government team to Brussels the previous week, European partners had been greatly surprised by the level of digital services and the speed of their implementation. "We have received very positive feedback on the level of implementation of digital technologies in the country, which makes the lives of Ukrainians more comfortable and convenient every day. And our Government will not rest on its laurels," the Prime Minister accentuated.
