Maintaing the stability of the economy and implementation of the debt reduction strategy, including in the context of cooperation with international financial institutions, are key guiding principles for the Government's work in the near future. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during the Government sitting.

It should be noted that the meeting began with a minute of silence to pay the tribute to Rayisa Panasyuk, Governmental Commissioner for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The Head of Government noted that the memory of Rayisa Vasylivna, a great woman, a person with a great heart and sincere soul, will always be in the hearts of the millions of people whom she had helped.

Getting back to the agenda of the Government, the Prime Minister noted that according to the updated data of the State Statistics Service, GDP growth makes up 3.8% in the second quarter. "People have more work, we produce more services", said Volodymyr Groysman. "The economy has been growing for 10 consecutive quarters. But so far economic growth is not so tangible for the people. Hence, our objective is to maintain and multiply this growth."
