Emergency repair workers begin receiving payments for infrastructure restoration: Yulia Svyrydenko

Workers from emergency repair teams involved in dealing with the consequences of russian shelling and restoring critical infrastructure have begun receiving their payments. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.
The payments are being made to employees of heat and water supply companies – a total of 4,725 individuals, including 1,057 railway workers.
“Oschadbank has transferred funds to energy companies for January covering 12,500 repair workers. These companies will pay the supplementary allowances of UAH 20,000 directly into the bank accounts of employees carrying out repair and restoration work following shelling,” the Prime Minister stated.
The same payments are also provided for February and March.
