We are pleased to present Digital State UA, the first platform in Ukraine to represent Ukraine's digital ecosystem on a global scale and demonstrate how Ukrainian technologies, digital solutions and innovations are changing the country.

Our mission is to change the global perception of Ukraine by establishing it as a leader in innovation, GovTech and digital resilience. We strive to demonstrate how digital technologies, created and tested in the face of extraordinary challenges, can strengthen democracies, make public administration transparent, efficient and understandable to citizens.

"We continue to build the most convenient digital state in the world for citizens and tech businesses. And in the area of digitalisation, Ukraine is not just adopting the experience of other countries, but also introducing technologies and innovations that are interesting to the world. That is why we are launching the Digital State UA portal, which will showcase how digitalisation is changing Ukraine using real-life cases. The portal will become a window to the global community, unite government initiatives, the public and private sectors, and strengthen the perception of Ukraine as a digital leader in Europe," said Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

The platform presents Ukraine's achievements in GovTech, IT and Tech in two languages - English and Ukrainian. Ukraine has already proven that a digital state can be fast, efficient and convenient for citizens. We have become an example for many countries. The app with 22 million users and the Diia state web portal with 130+ digital services, including electronic documents and digital signatures, have radically changed the way people think about public services. Diia.City, which has the best tax regime for IT in Europe, brings together more than 1,600 residents. The Diia.Osvita platform has already helped 2.4 million users improve their digital literacy.

"Ukraine is among the top five global leaders by the EGDI index, demonstrating significant progress in digital services. We have changed the communication between the state and citizens by learning from the experience of advanced digital countries and ready to share our best practices with the world. It is not only about digital products, but also about a new approach to building an open-source state with flexible solutions for the development of technological business. Ukraine cooperates with other countries by transferring expertise and opening the Diia code. The Digital State UA platform will become an important tool for promoting Ukraine's digital brand and promoting the Ukrainian GovTech, IT and technology sectors in international markets, facilitating business development through new investments and partnerships," said Valeriia Ionan, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine for European Integration.

The Digital State UA platform not only highlights the projects of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, but also represents the entire Ukrainian GovTech, IT, Tech market and shows examples of cooperation between the state, public and private sectors. We strive to increase the interest of investors and international partners in working with Ukrainian companies to develop and implement innovative solutions in the global market.

  • communicate with the world about digital Ukraine - how our ecosystem is built, what initiatives it consists of, and how it works at the national and regional levels.
  • demonstrate real cases - success stories of Ukrainian digital products and services that work and change the lives of millions;
  • cover Ukrainian GovTech and IT solutions that have the potential to scale in global markets;
  • publish international and Ukrainian research (such as Brookings, World Bank);
  • publish expert columns from government representatives, heads of foundations, CEOs of international companies, startup CEOs, and digital transformation leaders - those who are already shaping the future of technology in Ukraine and the world.
