"It is to reward pensioners due to whom our country's economy has been developing," Minister of Social Policy Maryna Lazebna stressed during her first meeting with the employees of the Ministry.

According to the Minister, the priority task of the Ministry now is to carry out indexation of pensions and to increase the level of retirement benefits in the country.

Maryna Lazebna commissioned to urgently shape proposals on ways to improve the social protection of people and to actively engage in communication with the regions to implement social policy.

"We urgently need feedback to know the real needs of people and to be able to put in place decent social policy! The results of our work should be felt in every home, " Maryna Lazebna underscored.
