Teenagers aged 14-18 will now be able to use the ePidtrymka program, says Denys Shmyhal

In addition to the standard goals to use for sports, movies, theaters, travel, the resource under the ePidtrymka program can be spent on educational courses, school supplies and stationery. This was stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a regular meeting of the Government on February 2.

"Today, the Government has extended the President's initiative. From now on, fully vaccinated teenagers aged over 14 will also be able to use the ePidtrymka program," said Denys Shmyhal.

According to the Prime Minister, people aged over 60 have already spent more than UAH 132 million on medicines in 9 days after the program was extended. In total, Ukrainians have utilized UAH 2.3 billion within the framework of the ePidtrymka.

Denys Shmyhal stressed that the Government continued to work on further development of the program, in particular, extending its action to utilities.

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers supported a protocol decision for the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Social Policy and the Ministry of Digital Transformation to develop a solution within a week that will allow vaccinated people with group I and II disabilities to purchase medicines under the program.
